I think President Obama is doing a great job, considering all the mess that he INHERITED. At least he trying to keep his campaign promises, to clean it all up. All of the criticisms were not mentioned, when the Republicans were giving out billions of dollars, etc., and all the other controversies throughout their 8 years to destroy this county for their own personal gains, and now they want to use the media to downgrade the good things that OUR taxes have to be used for, to protect our future. Give his administration a chance!

I hope everyone who takes this survey or reads the results is intelligent enough to see its bias. Whoever designed this test has a clear biased. As a statistician I am appalled. Four of the five possible choices are negatives with only one positive result. A test with such slanted choices is obviously going to make it seem as though the president isn't doing a good job. The current 34 percent result for "The White House is taking the right approach" is an astoundingly positive endorsement considering there are five total choices. It has far more than its one fifth share. Badly designed and poorly thought out.

President Obama is doing a fantastic job, especially in the wake of the disasterous eight-year administration that preceded him. Our continental size country of over 300 million is in a broad socio-economic transition. It requires true leadership to help guide the transition -- health care, energy, education, the very global competitiveness of our country, the environment, global warming, international relations, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. -- and President Obama represents true leadership. He will hold intrepid through all of the absolute rubbish the zealot right wing throws at him; our nation will persevere and thrive thanks to President Obama's tremendous leadership.

How the wingnuts can expect ANYONE to undo 8 years of vacations and stupid is beyond me. The Republican party is made up of losers and racists and yet the average person STILL votes for them. They - the average person - isn't smart enough to know that they're getting rolled.

My only complaint about Obama is that he has been too nice in trying to work with thses pricks. He needs to leave one of them laying in a bloody heap in front of the White House. That's all the R's know, fear and hate. beat them at their own game. Tell Pelosi and Reid to get with the program or resign.

The R's had their way with our country for too long and darn near destroyed it through sheer incompetence and stupidity. I say make them pay so that we can survive as a nation.

This Poll is so biased..cannot believe people are so blind to the true Obama..watch the news, see all the people against him, this report card is a lie and does not ask any negative questions about Obama...I have never heard any other president cry over how bad he had it when he came in as Obama has...did he not know what he was running for....he had done more damage in 7months then Bush did in 8 years...wake up folks and see whats really going on...Obamas ratilngs are lower then any other president in the short time he has been in office..our problems started in 1983 way before Bush was president...yes he made a lot of mistakes but at least he did not blame anyone else for his mistakes like Obama does...I guess Bush hired that Jones character or the ones with tax evasion which is most of the people Obama hired....I know Bush made him do it...get your heads out of Obamas butt and you just might actually get a clear view of what is really going on in the Obama administration.

The issues needing to be resolved are: The Wars; The Economy; National Health Care and Unemployment. The people have already spoken concerning these issues. While President Obama has given attention to two of these, the approach is wrong. There is no winning or losing the wars. It is wasting our funds in places we do not belong. President Obama has not done enough to stop the war. Unemployment is caused by us directing our economy in the wrong direction. The debt created by the Federal Reserve is unjust and serves the banks and not the people. Employing the people with our own money will change the nation. We must have a real treasury department that issues the money, not under the federal reserve, which is not a part of our government. Health Care must be a plan to include all the people. The one payer plan that enables everyone to participate will finance better our health care system better than the insurance companies are doing now. We must return to being one nation under God, not under corporate america. It is time the nation returns to being responsible to the people. It is time to restore a free press and not one controlled by corporate america. Obama was elected by the people. He must answer to them. We, the people, seek peace and justice without slavery to money and those who serve money. We need free elections without the high rate of advertising, publicity and promotion.

repsarescum: It amazes me how it is the racist calling everyone else racist...your blog shows your intelligence...leave them bloody on the steps...you are undoubtedly an idiot to talk like that...I can see why you are an Obamamite...you act like the rest of his thug friends from Chicago...watch what you wish for, it could just backfire on you!! Come back when you grow a brain!!!

I think Pres. Obama may be struggling a bit but I love his approach and would rather see the President aggressively taking action than sitting back and being passive on key issues. There is no one else I would rather have running the country right now.

I applaud the fact that Pres. Obama is trying to steer a more middle-ish ground on issues by not bowing down to the far left and trying to work with Moderate Republicans. I know that there are many Democrats who are disappointed that Obama is not taking a more left wing agenda but I think pandering to your party and focusing on ideology is wrong and is what made Bush such a horrific president.

Clearly there are a huge number of issues that he needs to address - he needs to get what he can done and move onto the next issue. There are alot of things that are currently broken that need to be addressed such as:

1) The budget deficit (which a good healthcare package could help address)

2) Campaign Reform

3) Finance Reform

4) The mess in Afganistan

Yes, these screwups where due to the previous administration but we elected Obama to address these huge issues.

It is sooo easy to find fault when we are on the outside looking in, but remember it is no easy task fixing up others errors. Instead of finding fault with everything OUR President is doing, get busy and see what you can do to help. Quit believing the media and research it out for yourself. Remember, once something is taught or implanted in our brain it is very difficult to change that way of thinking. I have watched all the news channels and it is a wonder that more American people haven't been slaughtered because of the stories the media carries as well as the internet. You have a mind--use it. The media as well as the internet use stories that will sell. They report only pieces of articles or stories--the part that sells. Wise up before it is to late. Also, where has the respect for other gone? I remember the time when I held doors open for elders, would have been on top of the world if a President had addressed our young people, but not anymore. Parents are the ones who place ideas in children's minds and if it is the wrong idea, then don't cry when that child uses it in the wrong way down the road. Grow up and be parents instead of acting worse than your innocent children.

Obama's doing a great job? He inherited this mess? People seem to forget that Obama was part of the problem , not the solution when he was in congress. It was not only the Republicans, but Obama, Frank, Pelosi, Dodds, Cox and the list goes on that enacted laws that created our economy to collapse. American's would respect Congress more if they owned up to their share of our failing economy. Have you seen the polls on congress's job approval ratings? And they deserve those numbers. As for health care, I think people distrust the congress and the government more than they do the insurance companies.

Obama's honeymoon must be over with the mainstream media, (gasp) can it be that we are actually hearing something other than glowing and fawning remarks on Obama's health care and cap and trade? I swear , I heard some tough questions asked of Obama and Pelosi. Oh, and it was not on Fox News.

Hey people, we in the United Kingdom, have an unelected Prime Minister that does nothing, he sits on his hands and when the time comes to answer the lies that he knew nothing about the release of the Libyan terrorist- yet the unelect Lord Mandleson was in conversation about the issue an others too.

I thought when President Obama came in he was the wrong choice - yet increasingly he has some form of integrity that I have come to have understood increasingly over the months.

Do not throw the baby out with the bath water as he is doing his best, and hey, are we jealous of your style of Government, as the constitution of the United Kingdom dilutes with appointed names and non-elects like the two Kinnocks, Mandleson, Sugar and that man Gordon Brown himself.

When the first Welsh assembly came into being one of the hidden facets of the election was that if you had no interest in the Welsh Assembly and were not going to be bothered to go vote for it - then your vote was cast with those that voted for the Assembly.

Will America please come in and fight for electoral freedom in the United kingdom as a bunch of non elects from the Prime Minister down are using Moscow economic fascism in place of electoral honesty and rule.

You are better served there honestly!

I believe that president Obama is too nice and is using the soft tactic Example: with the banking crises the judges must have the power to change the terms for the mortgages. Now the banks not only take the money from the government. The banks take the money from the people with the loans by only make slight changes and only temporary.About the health care, he knows that one single payer is the best way to go. I do not understand how can people tink the a socialized health care take the freedom away. What we have today the only freedom allowed is the one to pay or go in to debt to the eyeballs. I come from a systems with both public and private health care I did not have any problems. Four times I faced death and four times dostors and hospitals saved my life and at the end I did not come out with any debt what so ever. So you out there be the judge.

Obama is acting like a teenager with a new credit card and no limits at

all! His fiscal decisions sofar are terrifying!! His expenditures are all

on new luxuries...."free health care for all my good friends"!! without

bothering to ask "can we afford to be Christ...blessing all the poor so

they have no more incentive to work? Blind should be able to see...

and somebody has a "new" idea about how to do this and needs some

"human experimentation" to solve every little problem. But there is the

problem of the great big MOTE in his eye. He can't see more than 3 years ahead of himself. That's when NOBODY who's worked 70 years can get into a hospital that is NOT overcrowded, overworked, surgical errors SKYROCKETING; hospital filthy with overcrowding and it takes YEARS to fix a hip or a broken leg. We'll all be lame and halting as we

crawl around on our last job and beg for what we USED TO HAVE BECAUSE WE PAID FOR IT IN ADVANCE (but it was taken away for us and spread around everybody in this counrty). NO WAY!!!

"One mans opinon," You be the judge.

Those of us who are of the real world, who lives for tomorrow, clearly see that Obama will go down in history as the biggest/best B. S. slinger that ever lived.

The bottom line of his hidden agenda of "Change" is to change our beloved country from capitolism into socialism to align America with the other socialistic nations, " Pure and Simple. "

We must ask ourselves these questions:

1 *Why is Obama so popular with socialistic nations?

2 *Why was he always in a hurry to get his so called "Stimulus" package passed not allowing the senate and house time to read it?

3 * Why did Obama break his word of "Transparency" and "Bipartisan" talks when he has repeatedly rejected the idea's/opinon's of the republican party and his refusal to include them in debates on health care?

Make no mistake, Every American, including all Obama supporters, will suffer the same fate if "We the People" allow Obama to strike his first blow toward the socializing of America by socializing health care.

If he succeeds he will go after America's second amendment. We must keep in mind that if the second amendment falls so falls "ALL" the other constitutional amendments because they are all hinged on the second.

Ponder these wise words from America's history of the great patriots of our time.

A *You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time."

B *No one wins when freedom fails, the best men rot in filthy jails, and those who cry, "Appease, Appease are hung by those they tried to please." I rest my case.

I agree with barbarat 100%. I can't believe that people do not realize what an idiot we have in the WH today. I am so sick and tired of all the public coverage this president is getting. It is totally ludicrous! What gets me is this President chooses not to make the best choices for all Americans. He is only thinking about himself and is a very greedy person. I am not surprised to learn this President did not want to air a speech on Fox news. This is the one program that is telling the truth about this so called man. I am a strong conservative Republican and proud to say I did not vote for BO. One day soon, everyone will realize what a big mistake you made voting for this man when he goes against more of his campaign promises that he can't live up to not to mention raising all of our taxes to support this stupid healthcare reform and stimulus money to all these corporations. I think this President will even end up spending more of our tax dollars on trips, etc. than past Presidents. This is all about freedom of speech so I am against this President and always will be. There is something about this man we can't trust.
