Barbie- Of course you have the highest level of everyone here, and i'm sure the most experience playing the game. I think that plays a factor, having a leader that knows what the game is about and will be able to provide tips and tricks for everyone. You've had experience leading the gang with me previously and in that regard we worked well together. You were the first person I trusted to have access to the vault and the first person who helped me directly to get BEL where it is today. On the other hand, I do think you take things personally too often and you have a bit of a hot head when it comes to reasoning with people wether they be in the gang or out. Although i've seen a big change in you since you came back to BEL it will always stick in my mind when you chose to leave. That may be a personal thing that I remember but I remember it. Yes, we are both past the differences there, but in this case i think it directly relates to the current situation.

Wicked: When Barbie left the gang to persue her own things you stepped up to help me. I think the best quality you have is your communication with the girls, I think everyone in the gang respects you and has a great time with all of your competitions and things. It keeps us active as a family and gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and interact as a group. I think you have a big heart and are a natural "leader". On your other side I think you might make decision to quickly without entierly thinking them through and , although it may sound silly, your generosity might end up as a downfall. I've learned over time that you can't always give everyone what they want, you have to come to some kind of compromise.
