We've seen it on the catwalk and among the fash pack. But nothing validates the resurgence of big shoulder pads more than when Paris Vogue editor-in-chief Carine Roitfield is spotted wearing them. The trickle down effect starts now. Expect to see more of them next year. One piece of advice, please don't wear them with saggy bottoms like <a href="http://graphics8.nytimes.com/packages/images/photo/2007/10/11/20071014STREET/20294283.JPG" title="that is not Carine" target="new">these</a>!
