They were seen at the Antonio Berardi's Spring 2008 show in Paris where models walked on the balls of their feet as they tiptoed on the runway. I think they look interesting although one would have to be totally alert while wearing them. You wouldn't want to trip or fall, don't you? The wide platform seems to provide some balance. But I think there should be optional or attachable heels to get more use out of them.
