How is John Ranagan not on this list!

Or Lehigh's Matt Poillon. Should be there, even if he's only a freshman. Dude basically owns the Patriot League right now.

Definitely agree the player of the year thus far in the season is Poillon at Lehigh. He has been the real deal

Jeff Cohen of Harvard has had a hat trick in seven of nin games and has 4 goals per game for the Crimson. His shooting percentage is astronomical and he is also good off the ball and passing. He was instrumental in beating Duke in '09 as a freshman is a team player, and will be a key reason the Crimson figure if they beat Cornell and Princeton. He intends to break the jinx of three straight losses to Cornell of 13-12 in the regular season, despite an inexperienced but talented freshman goalie, and the loss of Inside Lacrosse top 2 recruit Jack Doyle and longstick Stephen DeMaria. Go Crimson. #1 to the Age.

Will Manny of UMass and Steele Stanwick of UVA were strong competition. Ryan Tucker of UVA is a contender for Top Freshman.
