the best place to see air shows along the south coast experiencing evening fireworks off the pier in August and great scenic views.

The view looking across the beach from the Nayland Rock Hotel to the Harbour, rivals anything the rest of the country has to offer. The sunsets are the best. Plus the beaches are Blue flagged yet again, very safe and clean

Hard choice, but I had to go with Margate because the best beaches are all around Margate both ways. Broadstairs, Kingsgate, for safe, award winning beautiful sand. Don't believe me have a look for your self:

Margate's the best. Mile upon mile of golden sand watched over by Lifeguards to keep everybody safe. Attractions for children. The sea is inviting and how about the sunsets - so beautiful.

BLACKPOOL BEACH IS THE BEST! Sunshine, sand pits, smiles, donkey rides, and beautiful all over. The beach is one of the things that originally placed Blackpool on the map and it continues to shine through and through! What an absolute pleasure it is to have this glorious strip of sand on my doorstep (and lunch break!) :-)

Ok....How are these figures worked out? Last week there were about 4 or 5 beaches with about the same level of votes, and now Rhossilli seems to have shot into the lead from nowhere?!! Have 4000 different people really voted in the last 5 days or is there some blip on this poll? I don't get it!
